Maasai Red and White Elephant

Vibrant and happy, the Maasai Red Elephant family is hand carved from soapstone in Kissii, Kenya. They get their name from the bright red robes traditional to the Maasai people of Kenya. The elephant signifies strength, dignity, patience, wisdom, longevity, and happiness. Female elephants are also fierce mothers protecting their young and with a strong sense of family and loyalty.
